I want to apologize for how long it has been since my last update. I've been hard at work preparing your orders to be shipped. Thank you for your patience!
And I am excited to announce we will begin shipping out your orders TODAY! It has been a long and arduous journey to get Nohbo to this point. We could not have come this far without your incredible support.
When you receive your box, you'll find an instructional pamphlet on how to use your Nohbo shampoo balls. Also, in the coming weeks, look out for an instructional video on our Facebook page!

What a crazy couple months it has been for Nohbo! We have been working constantly to get your product to your doorstep by our originally anticipated July delivery date, and I still expect us to deliver on time.
Our manufacturing has just begun, and the Nohbo balls are shooting off the machine! I can't wait for you to try our innovative shampoo ball.
In case you missed our original airing, or simply want to see it again, Nohbo will be featured on a re-run of ABC’s “Shark Tank” this Friday at 8 PM ET on ABC.

Last call for order updates!
The “last” day to make final updates to your order is next Tuesday, May 3. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You will still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping fulfillment.
For backers who have not answered their surveys yet:
If you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the May 3 order due date, we will still receive your information, but your shipment may be delayed.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can request your survey at nohboball.backerkit.com.

BackerKit surveys are coming tomorrow!
We will send an email with a special link to BackerKit surveys tomorrow morning. BackerKit is a fantastic service that helps us streamline our order fulfillment to make sure you get exactly what you want!
It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.

Dear Amazing Supporters,
WOW! I am blown away by your generosity and support for Nohbo. In just 31 days, our Indiegogo campaign more than doubled our initial goal, raising over $20,000 from nearly 700 different backers.
Ever since appearing on "Shark Tank,” I’ve received so much great feedback about our eco-friendly product. Receiving this much support from all of you only confirms that Nohbo is on to something big.
Though balancing high school classes and running a small business can be challenging, you all inspire me to work harder every day to achieve Nohbo’s vision of reducing plastic consumption.
Sometime in the next couple weeks, you will receive an email from a service called BackerKit that will allow you to change and confirm your order details. Please be on the lookout for this email so that we make sure to send the right products to the right address once we start shipping this summer.
